We recommend using Test Mode while you are setting up your account. In order to verify that your pulseChecks have been configured properly, you can send yourself a pulseCheck from Operations > Dispatch > Mark as test.
Simply select and send pulseCheck option and enter your mobile number. Now check the Mark as test check box and send. You will receive a SMS with the pulseCheck link. Please go ahead and click on the link to experience the pulseCheck as your customers will do during live operations.
When you send a feedback pulseCheck in normal mode, the data received (Sliders, Sentiment, Audio/Written review) will be counted towards the analytics for your company. Ratings, pulseM indexes, points, will all be changed.
When you send a feedback pulseCheck as a test, the data received (Sliders, Sentiment, Audio/Written review), will not be counted towards anything. To enter test mode check the "Mark as test" box before sending a feedback message.
