1) If homeowner clicks on the pulseCheck link sent to them
2) If they complete the ratings in form of sliders
3) For picking a sentiment icon
4) For a comment
5) For a high pulseM index i.e a positive narrative. More points are earned if the homeowner gives a social media review
Points are deducted for a bad sentiment review. There is a heavy penalty for a negative experience.
Points are reset every month.
