Operation quick actions allows you to opt-in/out a customer for dispatching or messaging.
- Opt-in/out a customer into receiving Dispatch communications (Bios and pulseChecks)
- Opt-in/out a customer into receiving Messaging communications
To opt-in/out a customer click the + Manage Homeowner Consent for Dispatching/Messaging. A drop down should appear that allows you to enter in the customer's email address or phone number. Once email and phone are entered, select if you want to opt-in/out the customer and hit submit.
